A documentary about 85-year-old sushi master Jiro Ono, the only sushi chef to ever receive 3 Michelin stars, his business in the basement of a Tokyo office building, and his relationship with his sons and eventual heirs.

The film screening will be preceded by a sushi dinner and followed by comments and discussion by Theodore C. Bestor, Reischauer Institute Professor of Social Anthropology and Japanese Studies, and Chair, Dept. of Anthropology, Harvard University, and Peter Grilli, President, Japan Society of Boston.
