“Giving life to flowers”
We hear the silent movement of plants, words unspoken of flowers and we interpret their form in the creation of Ikebana. We cut plants and make an arrangement outside the plants natural environment, creating a new beauty based on their new surroundings. Present, past and future, each instant that the plant and human being respond to their environment always changing....
Like a poem or a flower painting, Ikebana expresses the beauty of the flowers and the blooming love in our hearts.
